Ini terjadi karena relational datastore tidak terkonfigurasi dengan baik atau terjadi kerusakan pada relational datastore.

solusi pastikan arcgis data store berfungsi baik

jika error pada arcgis data store dapat melakukan beberapa langkah berikut

• backup data store relational and tileCache copy folder c:\arcgisdatastore\backup to other folder or shared folder
• unregist exsisiting data store
• add data store new machine atau delete c:\arcgisdatastore folder
• restore data store relational and tileCache from c:\arcgisdatastore\backup to other folder or shared folder

pastikan ClusterGeocode runing / restart
