Fase 2 — Integrasi Monitoring

DoD: Alert Zabbix muncul di portal; status host dari Zabbix API ditampilkan.

Fase 3 — CMDB Lengkap + Dokumen

DoD: VM Proxmox otomatis di CMDB; license dan dokumen asset bisa di-assign.
