Solusi

Berikut di sampaikan untuk troubleshoot issue error return globlamapper networl license sudah di respon oleh support globalmapper, dapat mengikuti guide berikut :

Delete file register REG_BINARY keys located in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FLEXlm License Manager\Borrow.

Menghapus kedua kunci (borrow.. & infoborrow) ini akan menghapus pinjaman dan mengembalikan lisensi ke jaringan yang ditentukan dalam file .lic yang terletak di C:\ProgramData\Blue Marble Geographics\Geographic Calculator\Lic

Issue Solusi

close globalmapper -> hapus regedit
Regedit sudah di delete tapi status masih borrow

Tutup program Global Mapper pada komputer client.
Cari “Registry Editor” di Windows Search.
Arahkan ke: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\FLEXlm License Manager\Borrow
Pada panel kiri, klik kanan folder BORROW → lalu pilih Delete.
Setelah langkah tersebut dilakukan, seharusnya user sudah bisa melakukan borrow license kembali.
