Dilihat dari errornya terdapat kegagalan dalam pemakaian modul torch. Access is denied
Berikut guide untuk mengatasi error yang di maksud.

1. Silahkan ikuti tutorial berikut. https://learn.arcgis.com/en/projects/detect-objects-with-a-deep-learning-pretrained-model/ atau https://learn.arcgis.com/en/projects/improve-a-deep-learning-model-with-transfer-learning/ (untuk login silahkan gunakan user AGOL).
