Tata Cara Remove Network License Global Mapper

Panduan ini digunakan untuk menghapus Network License lama dari server sebelum Blue Marble (Global Mapper) dapat menerbitkan lisensi baru. Pastikan proses dilakukan di server tempat lisensi lama terpasang.

1. Download Network License Removal Tool

1. Unduh tool dari Blue Marble:
   Network License Removal Tool
   https://data.bluemarblegeo.com/downloads/products/NetworkLicenseRemovalToolN4.zip
2. Ekstrak file ZIP tersebut ke dalam folder pada server.

2. Jalankan Removal Tool

1. Buka folder hasil ekstraksi.
2. Jalankan aplikasi Network License Removal Tool (.exe).

3. Load File License Lama

1. Pada tampilan program, klik untuk memilih dan load file license lama
   (biasanya file .lic yang digunakan LMTools).
2. Setelah file berhasil dimuat, klik tombol Remove.

4. Proses Removal License

• Tool akan memproses penghapusan lisensi.
• Muncul pop-up window berisi removal code (kode sangat panjang).
• Tool akan mengganti file license lama dengan file baru berisi removal code tersebut.

Catatan:
Removal code ini wajib dikirim ke Blue Marble agar mereka dapat membuatkan network license baru untuk server Anda.

5. Kirim File License Setelah Removal

1. Ambil file license yang telah diganti oleh tool (berisi removal code).
2. Kirim file tersebut sebagai balasan email ke Blue Marble sesuai instruksi.
